What kind of equipment is required to Webcast our families’ services?
A simple set up harnessing the power of our Streaming Memories Network, a camera,
a cable, a computer and a high speed internet connection is all you need.
What kind of equipment is required by invited guests to view the webcast?
Your computer (either Windows or Mac), a browser and a high speed internet connection.
No special software is required by the viewer.
Will friends and family members need to be computer experts to use this service?
Not at all. Special computer skills are not required. Anyone capable of Googling
or sending an email will be able to use this service.
Will anyone be able to view this webcast… even strangers?
No. Every Live and On-Demand webcast is password protected and only the family
is allowed to distribute the password and the web channel link.
Will the services be available to watch online at a later date?
Yes. The entire service will be available to those invited to view online within
24 hours after the service has concluded. And each viewing is password protected.
How many friends and family members can log on to the web channel at the same time?
Up to 50 computers. Our basic funeral director plan provides 20 hours per month
of broadcast time which includes 50 simultaneous viewers of each program. With prior
notice, there is no limit to the number of people able to view an event at the same
time (please call for additional rates and details).
